Why is fitness important?

For overall well being of yourself - physically , mentally , spiritually.

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.

That’s what fitness does to you!

While emptying a house, have you ever seen something in it that blew your mind?

But coming back to the question. I have always advocated to being active in any sphere - be it swimming , sports , yoga , gym or walk.

It’s been too hectic of a few months, with all things happening at a fast pace and all at once.

I’m back after a long hiatus.

As I mentioned. I have been really busy since months , I couldn’t follow my diet or exercise regime in a consistent manner which I like but still my body respected it and it still is the same with no side effects of sleepless nights, workload and personal obligations.

Why is my ping so high in 1 Roblox game but not the other ones? I am also not laggy in my own private server. What is happening?
